Returns & Exchanges

At Humid Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.

  • Items cannot be worn, washed, or altered.

  • We do not accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers.

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-returnable.

MAKING A RETURN

  • Full-price merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Sale merchandise may be returned within 15 days for a refund.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return: Simply email support@humidgolf.com and we will send out a return shipping label for your convenience.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or return it for a store credit (original payment refunds will not be issued for gifts).

HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION

To make holiday shopping easier, items purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 25, 2024, may be returned until February 1, 2025, for a refund or exchange.
